Tuffstone · for builders whose office is a truck

Run your builds
from your phone.

One board per house. Bids, orders, bills, calendar, build sequence, notes, docs, photos, and email — synced live to your whole crew. Every morning at 7, a brief of what's overdue, due today, and coming this week. Nothing slips.

Where it came from

My dad has built custom homes at the Lake of the Ozarks for decades — and ran every one of them off a paper checklist on the dash of his truck. Bids in his email, receipts in a folder, dates in his head. When we started two houses at once, it broke. So we built a board the whole family could see from our phones. Then the subs' bids started landing on it. Then the bills. Then the calendar started emailing us every morning. Now Blue Bonnet and Chimney Cove both run off it — and we figured other builders' trucks look a lot like ours.

What's on the board

Built from a real build, not a feature list. Every tab exists because something got missed once.

Bids that don't get lost

Every trade, its sub, its number, its status — NEED, REQUESTED, BID IN, AWARDED — with the actual quote PDF attached. "What'd Vernon quote?" is two taps, not a scroll through 400 emails.

Order alerts before it's too late

Windows, cabinets, garage doors, flooring — the long-lead items that stall a build. Deadlines chained off your framing date, so the cabinets are ordered 8 weeks out, not 8 days.

Bills you can pay from the couch

Vendor, amount, due date, invoice attached, PAID toggle. Overdue turns red. Unpaid bills land on the calendar and in the morning brief until you check them off.

Forward an email → it's on the board

Every project gets an address. Forward a bid, an estimate, an invoice — subject, body, and attachments filed to that house, forever, visible to the crew. Forwarding is the filing.

The build sequence, with who to call

Footings poured → call the plumber and framer. Walls poured → truss measure. The order of operations your best super carries in his head, written down, checkable, shared.

Morning brief at 7am

Overdue. Today. Tomorrow. Next 7 days. Across every house — inspections, order deadlines, bills. Mark it done in the app and it drops off tomorrow's email. Quiet week? It stays quiet.

Notes, docs, photos — per house

Job-site notes with replies and reactions. A binder for permits, plan sets, contracts. Photos straight from the phone. Everything tagged to the project it belongs to.

Your crew, your call

Start with one shared team code — fast, zero friction. Flip to real per-person login with invite-by-email whenever you want. Either way: your own private database. Nothing shared with anyone.

Installs on the phone
